By purchasing this membership, Health Street will:

Provide a list each month of all your employees subject to the 10% random drug testing requirement – you will have a chance to update the list monthly.

Make the 10% random selections for you in accordance with the regulations

Provide access to dozens of clinics throughout the state for all of your initial (pre-employment) and random drug and alcohol testing

Provide on-site testing upon request to test groups of employees

Offer reasonable suspicion training for supervisors to ensure compliance with the law's requirement that employees be tested if they appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Come on-site for emergencies, like post accident drug testing, which is also required

When you join our Delaware Random Testing program, you will provide us with the names of your employees subject to testing. You will then be issued a certificate of inclusion to keep on file. Every month, you'll receive an email from us with a list of your "Covered Employees." This is your chance to review it and ensure that we have the most current names on file. You can easily email us back with any changes. You should keep this monthly email list on file, so that if the state comes to conduct an audit, you can show them that your employees were covered in a Random Testing program.

Each month, we'll conduct our monthly "pull" of random selections, and we'll send you an email to let you know who was chosen. At this time, if any of your employees were chosen, simply send them in for the required test. We will provide an authorization number for each test, and we guarantee that the lab meets all of the state's requirements, including SAMHSA certification. Of course, we have a Medical Review Officer (MRO) that reviews all tests and provides the reports. Testing costs are not included with the membership, but as an additional bonus, members of the Health Street pool get a discount on all Delaware drug tests.
