14 Panel Hair Follicle Drug Test
Our 14 Panel Hair Follicle Drug Test checks a person's hair for evidence of drug use in the past 90 days. This test is known for its ability to pick up two medications used to treat severe pain—tramadol and meperidine (also known by the brand name of Demerol)—in addition to street drugs, ecstasy, and many prescription drugs.
Online registration is simple. You choose the lab location based on ZIP code during registration. An authorization barcode is instantly emailed to you and texted directly to the phone of the person being tested. A map of the clinic location will accompany the barcode. The registrant can then walk into the drug testing facility and show the barcode along with photo ID. Results are fast, signed by a doctor, and reported securely online. Individuals and employers can register online or call (888) 378-2499 to order tests for job candidates, staff, or others.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who should register for our 14 Panel Hair Follicle Test and why?
Companies, hospitals, attorneys, courts, or individuals seeking to test people with a comprehensive panel that includes the most possible drugs (including opiates like fentanyl) and the longest possible look back should order the 14 panel hair drug test.
How does it work?
About 60 to 120 strands of hair are cut imperceptibly at the root and shipped to a federally certified laboratory to assess for the presence of drugs or their metabolites. The hair must be at least an inch and a half per strand in order to be analyzed. We can use hair from the head, chest, leg, or armpit. If the person's head hair is shorter than 1.5 inches long, select the body hair option when registering. Many (but not all) of our clinics perform hair tests. Of the ones that do, only certain ones will perform it on body hair. We'll be sure to set you up with the right clinic location based on your specific needs.
When will I get my results?
Results for hair tests are typically available in 3 to 5 days. Non-negative results take longer than negatives. All results are reviewed and signed by a physician medical review officer, known as an MRO. We'll notify you to call the MRO if your results are not negative. This is your opportunity to explain any prescription medications you might be taking, prior to the release of the results.
Does a 14 Panel Drug Test test for alcohol?
The 14 panel hair drug test does not automatically include testing for alcohol. If alcohol testing is needed, we do offer a variety of alcohol tests.
How far back can Health Street's 14 Panel Hair Follicle Drug Test check?
Health Street's 14 Panel Hair Drug Test can detect drug use up to 90 days back, including painkillers tramadol and meperidine (Demerol).

Yes, bleached hair can be drug tested, too.
Does Health Street offer hair follicle drug testing for fentanyl and cocaine?

About Our 14 Panel Hair Follicle Drug Test
A hair follicle test looks back on a much longer detection window than a urine drug screen. Since hair testing can identify drug use up to 90 days back, it is a common selection for those looking for chronic or binge use over an extended period of time. Each hair drug test looks for different substances, so it is important to check which substances are being screened if a specific drug detection is required. The number of drug classes being tested is the same as the number of the drug panel. Since multiple drugs can belong to the same class, the panel number does not necessarily indicate the specific number of substances being screened.
Hair drug testing is highly effective, and registration can be completed quickly online or via phone. The person being tested will come into one of our clinics to have a hair specimen collected by our professional technicians. Negative results are usually available within a few days. Non-negative results go through confirmation testing and may take longer.
