Once the participants have completed training, they will receive a free kit containing two doses of Naloxone to use in the event of an overdose.

Following a combined investigation with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Butler County Sheriff's Office, officers executed a search warrant at a West Chester apartment belonging to Louis James Cooper.
