The three faced multiple charges, including possessing and distributing cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
In May 2022, a Toms River Township man was sentenced to prison for 17 years for possession and charges related to distribution. In November 2020, authorities saw the man with another individual crouching down between two vehicles by 2nd and 3rd Streets in Toms River Township. Authorities approached the man as the other man walked away from the scene, and they noticed the smell of marijuana. They searched him, finding heroin, fentanyl, 4-ANPP, cocaine, marijuana, plastic baggies, a digital scale, and $1,250 cash.
