Following a fatal drug overdose in Thousand Oaks, authorities arrested 67-year-old Richard Bulik in connection with the event. After serving a search warrant on his home, police seized several pounds of narcotics and 11 firearms including an assault rifle. The drugs seized included six ounces of meth, seven ounces of cocaine, 10 grams of fentanyl, two ounces of heroin, and several hundred pills. Bulik was arrested on multiple charges and held in Ventura County Jail on a $50,000 bail.
