Rochester man charged after a major drug bust

In June 2024, two men were charged in a major drug bust after authorities executed twenty search warrants across Ontario and Monroe Counties. Additionally, three more search warrants were carried out in New York City, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.

This investigation, which involved numerous local, county, state, and federal agencies, has led to the following seizures:

Six kilograms of cocaine

Two kilograms of heroin and fentanyl combined

100 fentanyl pills

100 ecstasy pills

34 oxycodone pills

130 grams of methamphetamine

72 bottles of suspected animal tranquilizer

2.6 pounds of cannabis

Nine firearms (six from Monroe County and three from Geneva)

$150,000 in cash

14 vehicles

A 51-year-old man from Rochester and a 30-year-old man from Greece face charges regarding possession of firearms and ammunition, as well as possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance.
