Health Street was easy to use, the tracking was very thorough (emails and texts), and the results were returned very quickly. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because their local partner - FastMed - was anything but fast. Very slow service for something that should have been a quick in and out. Ill use Health Street again - I will just go to another facility.

Shervon was excellent in getting me onboarded with Health Street and getting our colleagues in North Carolina setup for their drug screens and background checks. Her patience and demeanor made it seem I was talking to a friend looking to help, rather than a sales associate looking for the next sale. She was an absolute pleasure and the customer service was exceptional.
