When agents learned of his conspiracy to sell heroin, they set up surveillance and watched the transaction. They observed the car he got into, driven by a female, and followed it. When he exited the car, he attempted to flee on foot while discarding a food container he was carrying but was arrested. When officers recovered the food container, it contained three kilograms of heroin, valued at about $150,000.
