The operation dismantled a gang possessing nearly half a million dollars in marijuana and firearms. Authorities seized close to 48 pounds of illegal marijuana. According to court records, this group operated within a Bowie subdivision. It was revealed that a college basketball player was affiliated with this group, and currently, three suspects, all in their early 20s, are under investigation.
