Drugs and money were hidden in pallets that appeared to be the products his stores were selling and were transported from Mexico on semi-trucks by unaware drivers. One pallet could contain up to $1.5 million or 100 kilograms of cocaine. Between 2012 and 2017, he distributed multiple thousands of kilograms of cocaine and more than $50 million from narcotics sales.
